Return Policy: Only if defective. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be credited to the customer and a 20% restocking fee will be applied and adjusted on the credited return. Any and all modification to this policy MUST be agreed upon by management in writing prior to issuing the credit. No equipment returns. Mfg warranty only. No drum returns.

Shipping Policy: You have the option of picking from the following shipping methods: Ground or Next Day Air. Note that UPS does NOT ship to APO, FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Other shipping methods are available. However, this may cause an adjustment in the shipping cost.

The shipping rates used in the store are for orders that are to be delivered within the continental USA. All other orders may require additional shipping fees.

To receive orders within a specified amount of business days you must place the order before 3PM est. All orders placed after 3PM est will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not make shipments on Holidays or Weekends. If orders are placed after 3PM est on Friday the earliest delivery possible would be Tuesday Morning.

Please note: allow 7-10 Days for Delivery for Canon Specialty Media; for custom-built computer systems please allow a minimum of three days for delivery.

Specialty Media / Paper: Special Order please allow 7-10 Days for Delivery. Also, please double check your order, submitting your order is Final! Due to the high cost of shipping media ordered and the special use of the media Loyal cannot credit back any order. Orders damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company.
